No website yet? I'll build you one first.

I build your site before you pay for it.

If your business doesn't have a website, I'll build one and show it to you first. You only pay if you want to keep it.

One person. One inbox. No sales team, no account manager, no monthly call you didn't ask for.

The offer

A real website for $500. Nothing hidden after that.

This is for local businesses that don't have a website at all yet. Not a redesign, not a rebrand. If you've got no site right now, this is for you.

$500 one-time build
$250
up front, to start the build
$250
on delivery, once you approve it

$75/month after launch keeps it hosted, plus small edits whenever you need them. Cancel any time, no lock-in.

You don't pay to find out what it looks like. I build the site first, on my own time. You see the real thing before any money changes hands.

You only pay if you want it. If you don't like the preview, you walk away. Nothing owed.

The $500 covers the build. Half to start, half when it's live. After that it's $75 a month for hosting and small edits, not a big monthly retainer.

How it actually works

Three steps, in this order

01

I build a preview

Two ways in: you email me your business name, or I've already found your business and built one without being asked. Either way, the site gets built on my time, before any money conversation happens.

02

You look at it

You get a real link to a real site with your business on it. No login, no sales pitch first. Just look at it and decide.

03

You decide

Want it? $250 now, $250 when it's live, then $75 a month. Don't want it? You owe me nothing and I take it down.

What a build looks like

Here's a demo I built, not a client

I don't have paying agency clients yet, so I'm not going to pretend I do. What I can show you is a demo build for a made-up diner, The Copper Kettle, done at the same quality bar I hold every real build to. Even the page itself says it's fictional, right at the top.

Demo, not a client Screenshot of The Copper Kettle demo website: a warm diner homepage with the headline Smash burgers and bottomless coffee, a 4.7 rating badge, and a banner disclosing it is a fictional demo business

The Copper Kettle isn't real; your business is, and your preview gets built from your real photos, reviews, and hours. See the full demo site if you want to click around it.

The honest part

What I'm not going to tell you

I don't have client testimonials

I don't have paying clients for this yet. If I put quotes here, I'd be making them up. I'm not going to do that.

No "trusted by" logos

No logo wall, because there's no roster yet. That row shows up here when it's real, not before.

No made-up years of experience

I'm not going to invent a founding story or a number of sites built. What you see above is the actual offer and the actual process.

I'm one person

Email me and you get me, not a form that routes to someone else. If that's not what you're looking for, this probably isn't the right fit.

No hard selling

If you look at the preview and it's not for you, say so and that's the end of it. No follow-up calls, no "just checking in" emails, no pressure to close.

Adam Duke, the person who builds every site

That's me. No team, no agency name hiding one guy. Whoever you email is the person who actually builds your site.

Who this is for

This is built for one specific situation

You have no website at all

Not a bad one, not an old one. None. That's the gap this fills.

You're a local business

A shop, a contractor, a service business people find by name or by neighborhood.

You want to see it before you commit

If you'd rather look at the real thing before you talk pricing, that's exactly how this works.

Questions

Answered plainly

What if I don't like the preview?

You don't pay anything and I take it down. The preview is free to look at. Money only comes up if you want to keep the site.

How do I pay?

We'll sort out payment details once you decide you want the site. Email me and we'll figure out what's easiest for you.

What does the $75 a month actually cover?

Hosting, so the site stays online, plus small edits like new hours, a different phone number, or a new photo. Email me the change and it gets made.

Can I cancel the monthly hosting?

Yes, any time, no lock-in. No pressure, no "are you sure" call. Cancel and it runs through the end of the month you're in, then the site comes down.

Do you have a contact form?

For a first preview, no, email works and it means you're talking directly to me. If you're already a client, there's a change-request section further down this page for small edits, it still lands as an email straight to me, not a queue.

Why don't you have client examples yet?

Because I haven't taken on a paying client for this yet. I'd rather tell you that straight than fake a portfolio.

Already a client?

Request a small change to your site

This is for the small edits already covered by your $75 a month, things like new hours, a new phone number, or a swapped photo. A real person reads every request, I draft the change myself, and nothing goes live until I've looked at it. For anything bigger than a small edit, just email me directly and we'll talk it through.

Be as specific as you can, for example "change the phone number on the contact page to 555-0100."

This sends a plain email to adam@provenfinds.com with your answers filled in. No account, no login, no third-party form service holding your information. It opens your own email app so you can look it over before it sends.

I draft the change on my own time and confirm with you once it's live. Small edits are covered by your $75 a month. If a request turns out to be bigger than a small edit, I'll tell you plainly and we'll talk price before I touch anything.

Get in touch

Send me your business name. I'll build the preview.

No form, no phone tree. Just an email, read by the person who's going to build the site.

I read every email myself. If a website preview isn't a fit for what you need, I'll tell you that too.
